With more than 39+ years of leadership and professional experience across international schools, further and higher education, engineering, apprenticeships and digital learning, he brings practical insight into complex institutional challenges, quality improvement and sustainable growth.
As a recognised T-Level Ambassador, Shreeniwas advises providers on T-Level readiness, employer engagement, industry placements and skills-led curriculum development. His experience includes establishing university partnerships, launching new programmes, strengthening recruitment and admissions, improving student retention and achievement, and supporting quality improvement across education partnerships.
His innovation experience includes specialist engineering laboratories, employer advisory boards, AI, augmented reality and virtual reality projects, and the delivery of an OfS-funded TedLab initiative.
His current mission is to develop an AI Live Studio and international higher education partnerships that connect institutions, employers and learners through applied technology, live industry challenges and real-world projects.
Through his collaboration with XNetwork, Shreeniwas supports the development of stronger pathways between education, industry, technology and employment.
